2. What data we collect

When you send an application: name, email, company and, if you provide them, website, phone, what you want to change and a description of the business. We also collect the page you sent the form from and, if present, campaign parameters (UTM) and the partner code in the link.

If you book a call on our booking page (os.ruinavarro.com), we collect your name, email and the time you chose.

3. How we use the data

To review your application and contact you about it. If you tick the news option, to send you Marrow4 emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).

4. Legal basis

Pre-contractual steps at your request (reviewing the application) and your consent (news by email).

5. How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as needed to review the application and, if we work together, for the duration of the business relationship. You can ask for deletion at any time.

6. Who we share it with

With the providers that help us run the site and manage contacts, only as far as needed: Vercel (hosting for the site and our contact management system), Supabase (database, in the European Union), Resend (sending emails), Anthropic (AI that helps us sort messages and draft replies; our team decides what is sent) and Google (Analytics). Some are based in the United States; where the law requires it, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its processing and withdraw consent by writing to info@marrow4.com. You also have the right to complain to the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt), or to your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies and Google Analytics

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how it is used, for example which pages are viewed and for how long. Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser (such as _ga) for this. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these cookies are only used if you click Accept in the cookie notice; if you click Decline, they are not used. Outside these countries, Google Analytics is on by default, unless you turn it off in Cookie settings or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We use Google Consent Mode, so ad storage and ad personalization are always off. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page.

9. Business contact by email

Marrow4 also contacts businesses (for example clinics) by email when our services may help them. We only use business details the company itself publishes on its website or in public business registers: the company name, its business email and phone and, where published, the name of the person in charge. We do not buy contact lists.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in presenting our services to businesses. The emails are sent through our contact management system and Resend. You can object at any time: just reply to the email asking not to be contacted, or write to info@marrow4.com. We stop contacting you and keep only what is needed to respect that request. If there is no interest, we do not keep these details longer than needed for this contact.
